We use yoga, meditation, intuitive dance, mindfulness and many other healing practices that help you to go deeper and create a foundation for self love in the most expanded meaning of these words. 

Our workshops are an opportunity to meet and remind each other that life is not a prison, but our mind can be. It is the space where we never judged for who we are, where we see each other as souls and we understand that we all go through similar experiences and that we all want to be free of expectations, limitations, conditioning. We share our stories and we learn from them and we detach from them and we move forward feeling lighter than before.

Chakra Balancing Workshop

 You will learn about chakras and how these centres affect your energy levels, sensations in your physical body, thinking patterns and your life in general. It is a great way to immerse yourself into chakra psychology before diving deeper into a 7 week course. The workshops last 3.5-4hrs and includes introduction to chakra system, yoga practice, pranayama, meditation and contemplation. *Done on one to one bases or in a small group setting. Tantra Yoga Workshop

Kaula Tantra Yoga is one of the oldest Yoga styles, differentiating itself from the other styles by the long phases of deep relaxation between asanas. This practice teaches us how to create balance between the states of doing and being through alternating active and passive asanas. When practiced regularly, it creates a sense of expansion, a state of creation and a change on a cellular level.

  • It is a moving meditation where voice, tempo and ability to hold the space are provided by the teacher.

    Each session helps a practitioner to deepen their practice as we create mastery through repetition. Tridosha series are at the core of Tantra yoga practice.

    When done in full, it can last form 3 to 3.5 hrs long. It requires patience, commitment and dedication. During the retreats we slowly prepare attendees form 75min - 90min -120min practice which creates a beautiful journey within. Every kosha is being honoured and nurtured. Our body holds so much information and when it is being revealed to us unexpectedly. Hence a nurturing environment is essential. All that we suppress during our whole life will be illuminated. A practitioner transcends time and space and once fully surrender one can never go back to a life where one doesn’t feel wholesome.

Ayurvedic Walking Massage 

Ayurvedic walking massage and Assisted Alignment massage creates a support system for our physical bodies by realigning the skeletal and muscular systems. This is a first step towards practicing tantra yoga and a regular practice that we share during destination retreats. It requires a space, two chairs and a willingness to trust and let go. It is a meditative practice that can be done by a teacher or guided in pairs. This workshops lasts 3hrs and consists of two types of assisted massages, deep relaxation with Tibetan sound bowl and contemplation. *Done on one to one bases or in a small group setting.

 

Sacred Geometry Workshop

Victoria has weaved together years of studying and practicing tantra yoga, chakra psychology and a science of Sacred Geometry. Overall a decade and a half of trials and errors to find a method that allows one to see Life as a tapestry (tantra) where all has a place to be. It is about becoming an observer of the process as well as a process itself. This workshop is a combination of sacred geometry principles as well as intuitive work.
