Highly recommended for everyone who loves yoga, meditation, delicious vegetarian/vegan food, beautiful room, and unforgettable surprise Russian Banya and Bali water temple activities.

  • “It was an amazing day, really enjoyed the venue and the food (especially catered to my requirements, it was yummy and complemented the chef Jose). Thank you Victoria, I had every faith in you to nourish me in every way as I said the retreat was the icing on the cake after my spiritual trip to India and you put the cherry on top.

    The Mandala yoga with taught by Margarita in the morning was spot on and loved the sequence in a cosy and warm room overlooking the golf course. The sound bath at the end in Savasana was heavenly.

    The afternoon part taught was very relaxing in Sacred Geometry drawing Shukra Yantra, instructions were very clear and at the right speed giving everyone your love and attention.

    All in all it was wonderful day of learning all aspects in yoga. Keep shining your light!

  • I attended the chakra healing course during the isolation period we had during the pandemic. I started working with Victoria a few years earlier and with all her workshops she gives us an insight into the benefits of the practices and how we can use them and incorporate them into our lives and make them personal to us.

    The chakra system she has explained to us before but the difference during this chakra course is how she goes through each chakra week by week so we concentrate and develop practice that enhances that particular chakra. What I liked about this is with a detailed explanation of the chakra she would give us several practices that we were to use during that week based purely on the first chakra.

    The aim wasn’t to do them all unless you wanted to but choose the ones that reflected you personally and bring them into your working practice. Supplemented by this was a morning affirmation dedicated to the chakra and an evening mediation again dedicated to the chakra. The week also had a yoga routine dedicated to that chakra. I absolutely loved this as It not only allowed me to explore in detail individual chakra practices, but now I’m able to be aware of times when certain parts of my life are off balance and reflect them accordingly to specific chakra. The tools gained allowed me to then incorporate them into my practices, for instance if I felt I was struggling to be present and grounded I would do a practice that incorporated more of the skills we learnt in that particular chakra. I cannot recommend this course enough. The information skills tools you learn from this course will be tools you will keep on using for all your future practices. Thank you Victoria

  • it’s been some time since I gave myself permission to have a day off and this was just what the doctor ordered. Victoria and Margarita led us on an adventure of movement, meditation and breathing that flowed beautifully throughout the day. Lunch was a selection of delicious salads all prepared fresh with a dill dressing that was out of this world. At the end of the day I felt refreshed, grounded and nourished from the inside out. Thanks for a great experience.

  • I came to the course having no knowledge of what Victoria would be teaching me. I found myself one night looking for ways to improve my life and luckily I stumbled upon the website. I had been having a tough year, with COVID, my job, long term relationship had ended badly and my best friend had also died. I had tried to exercise, which is also a good help to me. I felt very low and was looking for something that could help change my life for the better. It was more luck than anything else. As I look through the internet. Victoria’s site appeared. I sent her an email late that night. She replied and we talked on Zoom that week. After we talked I felt that Victoria’s support and teachings could help change my life. The small talk with Victoria gave me hope that things could change for the better. I was very keen to get started and see where it would take me except for making me feel better in life in general. I had no main goals. I was feeling very low at the time. I wanted to smile and enjoy life again. I have done around 30 classes with Victoria now. My life has changed so much and continues to do so. During the first 8 weeks many things changed in me and my life. But the continued teachings have been life changing. I certainly would not feel as I do now without Victoria’s huge help. My whole outlook on life has changed, the way I think and do things; I feel like a kid again in the sense that everything is fun and an adventure. Victoria was always there for me and answered all my questions, I could not have asked for anymore. I felt really supported. Yoga took me to another world. And help me see what was possible. But all factors helped me in different ways. The support and kindness Victoria showed was also very important. I felt totally relaxed to show exactly how I was feeling. Victoria would always have some wise words and support. I have complete trust in Victoria and her teachings. We went through each chakra. And Victoria lets you experience this, then you can learn after. It was perfect for me. And so surprising. So much fun and laughter it brought to me. The after experience of the yoga as we worked through each chakra. I swear Victoria already knew how I would feel that week. It was such an adventure going through the chakras , which I knew nothing about , did not know existed or were real. After yoga the effects could be smiling, energy, laughter from nowhere, rediscovering my senses: lights were clearer and brighter, smells changed, hearing was more vivid. Truly amazing. Without a doubt. It has changed my life and I have no doubt that my life will continue to change with future sessions. I am sure it could do this for many people. Everyone should do it! You just need to be open to it and everything will change. The course found me when I was low and really needed it. It can definitely help people that are in a bad place.

  • I can’t recommend strongly enough to join Victoria’s and Margarita’s yoga retreat! Very friendly atmosphere, lots in the program, I couldn’t fault anything. I never practiced yoga before as I thought it was a bit slow and boring but now I’ve totally changed my mind and I am hooked on it. I came back home rested, calm and full of energy! Thank you so much for the beautiful experience, I will definitely keep coming back.

  • Victoria and Margarita are incredible souls. They handled the entire retreat with meticulous organisation and grace and really put their heart and soul into it.
