Slowing Down, Starting Anew, and Falling in Love with Life
As we approach the New Moon on July 24th, we find ourselves at a quiet yet powerful threshold.
The vibrant energy that marked the beginning of summer is starting to shift. The days are still warm, the sun still high — but if you pause and listen, there’s a subtle pull inward. A sense of slowing. A whisper that something is turning.
Energetically, we are now nearing the midpoint of the summer season, and with the waning moon, we are closing one lunar cycle while preparing for the birth of another.
It’s a sacred in-between space — an invitation to reflect, to reset, and to realign.
The New Moon: A Portal of Potential
The New Moon is the moment when the sky is dark, and the moon begins again. A clean slate.
In the yogic tradition and many spiritual lineages, this time is seen as ideal for planting seeds — intentions, commitments, and subtle energetic shifts that will grow quietly beneath the surface in the months to come.
As we enter the second half of the year, this New Moon offers a gentle, powerful question:
What are you ready to begin?
Not with urgency. Not with pressure.
But with devotion, clarity, and love?
A Shift in Season, A Shift Within
Many of us began summer with fire in our hearts—outward movement, excitement, blooming. But now, as the solar peak begins to soften, we are being invited inward. Into a slower rhythm. A deeper listening. A more grounded presence.
And it’s often in these quieter seasons that our inner work begins to deepen.
We hear the call not just to do more — but to be more.
Not just to learn more — but to remember.
This is the rhythm of yoga. Not just the postures, but the path.
A continuous dance of expansion and return. Of reaching out and returning home.
An Invitation to Begin Again
If you feel this subtle yet undeniable pull…
If you’re yearning for a deeper connection to your inner self, your body, your breath, and your path…
Then I invite you to consider beginning the Fall in Love with Life course.
This is more than a course — it is a soulful journey of remembrance, of reawakening your inner wisdom, your joy, your presence, and your ability to live in harmony with your true nature.
It is designed for anyone who feels the call to deepen their yogic practice — whether you're just starting or rediscovering the path with fresh eyes and a full heart.
And for those who are feeling the nudge to one day teach, to step into the sacred role of space-holder and guide— this course also serves as the first step toward our Yoga Teacher Training beginning on March 4th, 2026.
Now is the time to begin preparing—softly, gradually, intentionally.
Begin Again With Intention.
As the moon disappears from view, may you also release what no longer serves.
As the cycle restarts, may you plant seeds that are aligned with your heart and soul.
And as the pace of the season shifts, may you meet it with presence, grace, and joy.
Because sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply say:
"Yes. I'm ready. I begin again."
With love,
Victoria
