A Pathway to Depth: An Invitation into Practice and Presence

There are seasons in our lives when we are quietly called inward, to soften into stillness and listen more deeply. When we do, we often uncover a yearning — not only to expand our practice but to embody it more fully, to live it, to share it.

As we approach the New Moon on June 25th, we are offered a sacred moment to plant seeds — seeds of intention, of new direction, of quiet yet powerful change. This lunar threshold reminds us that great transformations often begin with the smallest steps. A new cycle awaits, and with it, a gentle invitation: What would it feel like to commit more fully to your path?

My invitation to you.

It is with this same spirit that I open the next circle of our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training course, beginning on March 4th, 2026. This journey is open not only to those who feel ready to teach, but to anyone who desires to deepen their relationship with yoga as a sacred practice, as a living philosophy, and as a way of being. Before we step into the teachings of asana and sutra, I lovingly encourage all who feel drawn to this path to begin with Fall in Love with Life - a foundational chakra-based course and the very first stage of our training journey.

This course is both a prerequisite and an integral part of the Yoga Teacher Training. The hours you spend within Fall in Love with Life are counted toward your 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, offering a gradual, embodied path into the depth of what is to come.

Some complete it in two months; others walk with it for seven, allowing each chakra to unfold in its own time. There is no rush, only rhythm. You will learn how to listen, how to absorb, how to prepare and not only mentally, but energetically for what it means to be a yoga teacher, or a deeper student of life.

When we enter the Yoga Teacher Training, we go beyond technique. We study asanas, yes, but we also explore the sutras, not as abstract concepts, but as living guides. And the more you inhabit each posture, the more you breathe each sutra into your day, the more you come to know that yoga is not something you do — it is something you become.

After nearly two decades of practice and teaching, I continue to learn something new every time I step on the mat or sit in silence. This path is infinite, and it continues to humble and awaken me in equal measure.

So if you feel the call, begin gently. Begin now. With this New Moon as your guide, let this journey unfold from the inside out — with heart, intention, and grace.

Applications for the 2026 training are now open.
Let this be the moment you plant your seed of transformation.
